Latexing — the process of applying latex backing to fix carpet pile — traditionally requires warm, dry conditions. In a climate like India's, monsoon and winter months can disrupt production schedules and compromise quality if done in uncontrolled environments.
Our PVC-based greenhouse setup solves this entirely. Carpets are latexed inside the structure, which maintains a stable, controlled climate year-round. This ensures consistent quality output regardless of season and allows us to maintain production speed and delivery commitments for our clients.
It is one of several infrastructure investments we have made to run a smarter, more efficient, and more environmentally considered factory.
