Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) is one of the world's leading platforms for responsible business practices. As a Sedex member, we complete regular audits covering four pillars: labour standards, health & safety, environment, and business ethics. Our SMETA audit results are available to buyers upon request.
Higg Index Certification
The Higg Index provides a standardised framework for measuring environmental and social sustainability in the textile supply chain. Our Higg FEM (Facility Environmental Module) assessment benchmarks our facility against industry norms for energy use, water consumption, waste generation, and emissions.
Solar Energy
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with a 5KW solar power installation that offsets a portion of our grid energy consumption. This is part of our ongoing effort to reduce our carbon footprint and transition to cleaner energy over time.
PVC Greenhouse for Latexing
Traditional latexing processes can be energy-intensive. Our PVC greenhouse structure uses passive solar heat to accelerate the curing process — reducing energy consumption while maintaining consistent quality in the latex backing application.
No Child Labour
We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy on child labour and maintain transparent documentation of our workforce. All workers are adults employed under fair wage conditions with access to healthcare and safe working environments.
The Road Ahead
